For the last week, this has been my sweet, adorable, loving son...
(you might want to turn your volume down for this one)
This tantrum in particular lasted for an hour. Yes, an HOUR! I tried everything I could do get him to snap out of it with no luck. This wasn't even the worst of it, you would have seen more, but the camera ran out of room and cut the video short. Luck You! Every day he would be crabby from the second he woke up, till the second he went to bed. He wouldn't freak out all day long, but you never knew what was going to set him off, and he was set off MANY times a day. I am so glad that this seems to be past. It has only been a day and a half (since he has seemed to turn around), but I am holding on to hope that it is behind us for good! Seriously, I didn't think I could handle much more!

Holy Moses...glad that's BEHIND you! :)
That was so sad!! him sitting behind the toilet sniffing - aww.. i know its annoying but i can say it was sad b/c I'm not the mom. ;o)
I thought it was sad too... just a little though. I felt bad for him cause I didn't know what he wanted, and I don't think he did either. What you missed after he was sniffing behind the toilet was him throwing himself out from behind it doing that death scream again! I finally scooped him up and held him in my arms. It wasn't very easy, he was swinging and throwing himself back. He was grabbing at the towel bars trying to get out of my arms (he seriously almost ripped the one out, he is VERY strong!), but I continued to hold him. Kinda like love therapy or something. It wasn't easy though, he whacked me a few times and he was screaming right by my ear! I actually had to loosen my grip on him because he was fighting so much I didn't want to hurt him! But at the same time I didn't want to let him go. He was still really crazed so I finally took him downstairs like that and kept him snuggled with me on the couch. I don't remember what eventually made him stop... I'm just glad he did!
